Do you believe that there is such a being as a "Christian Politician"?
Personally, I believe that the term is an oxymoron. Do you believe that a politician, especially in modern day society can be a christian, and vice-versa?
Let me clarify, by saying, if a person who becomes a politician is initially a christian, he/she will not remain one (a politician) for long. And if he/she sincerely tries to practice true christianity, then he/she definitely will not be re-elected. In the long run, "something's gotta give" - either the politics, or the christian standing.
Having said that, I don't want to convey that all politicians are bad people, though the number of good ones seem to be deminishing fast.
That is all that I will say on the subject in this writing, unless someone takes the opposing view. Or if anyone has a question, I will be happy to reply.
